About Fire Maple

Founded in 2003 by David Lyu, also known as David Lv, Fire-Maple is a Chinese outdoor equipment brand specializing in portable cooking systems, camping stoves, cookware, kettles, and backpacking kitchen gear. The company focuses almost exclusively on outdoor cooking products designed for campers, hikers, backpackers, mountaineers, and overlanders. In the early 2000s, most outdoor gear available in China was from foreign brands and difficult to obtain. Frustrated by the lack of locally designed outdoor cooking equipment, David Lyu decided to create a Chinese outdoor stove brand. For over 22 years, Fire-Maple has been laser-focused on one thing only: outdoor cooking gear.
