General / Getting Started
Love Cashback helps you earn real money back when you shop at our partner retailers. Click through to a retailer on Love Cashback, complete a qualifying purchase, and we pass a share of the commission we earn back to you as cashback.
Not at all. Signing up and earning cashback are completely free. There are no subscription fees or hidden costs. Certain withdrawal methods do require a minimum balance (usually $20).
Just sign up with your email address, verify it, and start exploring offers. You can begin earning cashback right away.
Earning Cashback
When you click on a retailer link on Love Cashback, a tracking cookie or tag recognizes that you came from us. If your order qualifies, the retailer reports the sale and your cashback gets recorded.
Typical reasons include:
- not clicking through Love Cashback before purchasing,
- using unlisted promo codes,
- ad-blockers or privacy settings,
- returning/canceling items,
- visiting another cashback/coupon site,
- or the retailer not having reported the sale yet.
If you believe your cashback should have tracked and it hasn't, please submit a missing cashback claim so our team can look into it.
Not necessarily. Certain categories, payment methods, or delivery options may be excluded. Review the offer's terms and exclusions before you buy.
Payout / Redeeming Cashback
Once the retailer confirms your order and the returns window has closed. Timing depends on the retailer and may take a few weeks.
When your confirmed balance is at least $20, you can request a withdrawal. Available options typically include PayPal or a direct US bank transfer.
Bank transfers typically appear from "Love Savings Group Limited" with a "Cashback" reference. We'll send you an email once your payout has been processed.
Missing Cashback
Tracking can sometimes take a few days. If nothing has appeared after 30 days, file a Missing Cashback claim with your order details so we can investigate.
Most claims are settled within a few weeks, though some retailers can take up to 8 weeks. We'll notify you by email as soon as we receive an update.
Unfortunately, not always. If tracking was blocked or the purchase didn't qualify, recovery may not be possible. Always begin your shopping from Love Cashback and steer clear of unlisted codes.
Technical & Account Support
Click the "Forgot your password?" link to get a reset email. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam/junk folder.
Log in and head to your My Profile settings. For security purposes, some updates may require email re-verification.
Look for a wrong password, an unverified email address, or cached browser sessions. Try resetting your password or clearing your cookies.
Offers, Terms, and Conditions
Yes. Retailers may adjust or pause offers at any time. We do our best to keep rates up to date, but final eligibility is determined by the retailer's terms.
Every offer has rules covering qualifying purchases, exclusions, and limits. Check them before buying to make sure you're eligible.
